About me: Curiosity and passion have led my academic, managerial, and research background, to develop strong communication, teamwork, planning, leadership, and research skills.

My academic qualifications  (Ph.D. in Economics within the Social Sciences, B.A. in Languages, B.Sc. in Management, M.Sc. in Human Talent Management) have allowed me to explore different facets of working life. As a teacher, I have taught at prestigious Colombian universities in the fields of Languages, Organizational Behavior, and Human Talent Management; From the managerial facet, I have been in charge of teams for 7 years; From the research field, I have conducted studies on topics related to quality of working life, leadership, job satisfaction, and electronic communication satisfaction; similarly, I have had the experience to run my own business during 7 years from 1998 to 2005.

Currently, I work as a full-time professor for The School of  Administrative and Economic Sciences at the Tecnológico de Antioquia  and lead the independent action-research project gardenerconnection
