Abstract
The aim of the current paper is presenting the development process of an instrument designed to measure the influence of the absence of Internet-based communication channels on communication satisfaction in the organizations, used to test one of the hypotheses of a doctoral dissertation from the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Pécs, Hungary. Test and Retest were used for reliability and item reductions. A month time interval test-retest was performed to a sample of 34 and 103 from Colombian SME’s from the service sector; the initial instrument was compound of 15 items; the final instrument results in a 5-items questionnaire on a Likert scale from 1 to 5. The current instrument is important because organizations must constantly observe the impact of internet-based communication channels on communication satisfaction, specially nowadays, when the global health situation, due to Covid19, has forced organizations to maximize virtual work from homes.
